Post Election Thoughts

Here are my post election thoughts. Published at Votebyissues.org.
"President-elect Obama was gracious in his acceptance and I hope that the same graciousness stays with him throughout his presidency . . . I also hope that the Republican Party can avoid emulating the recent politics-first partisanship of their democratic counterparts. Republicans need to be the loyal opposition. Opposing on principle is the strength of our republic, but loyalty is also necessary. Loyal opposition is demonstrated by reaching back when the other side reaches out in good faith and by supporting the president when they think he’s right."
Also:

Some great perspective on just what the president can do.

Fabulous and fun to watch.

There is a reason we are always disappointed. Our expectations are bloated. You won't be disappointed.
