Al Qaeda Criticizes 9/11 Conspiracy Theories

This one is Onion Gold -- Those poor Ron Paul supporters:

Its Official Global Warming Skeptics Are Like Holocaust Deniers

From the Big Al himself.

Demeaning them "a little bit". You know those holocaust deniers aren't that bad.

Ahmadinejad: "They have invented a myth that Jews were massacred and place this above God, religions and the prophets . . ."

David Duke: "The Zionists have used the Holocaust as a weapon to deny the rights of the Palestinians and cover up the crimes of Israel."

Just mad tyrants and white supremacists that's all. No biggy really. By the way shut up will you.

Another Blow

I know this is a kind of a pet project of mine, but here it goes again.

It just keeps getting worse for Al Gore and the Global Warming crusaders.

Jennifer Marohasy, a biologist and senior fellow of Melbourne-based think tank the Institute of Public Affairs:

"Is the Earth stillwarming?"

[Jennifer Marohasy, a biologist and senior fellow of Melbourne-based think tank the Institute of Public Affairs] replied: "No, actually, there has been cooling, if you take 1998 as your point of reference. If you take 2002 as your point of reference, then temperatures have plateaued. This is certainly not what you'd expect if carbon dioxide is driving temperature because carbon dioxide levels have been increasing but temperatures have actually been coming down over the last 10 years."

One day you'll actually hear about this stuff.

!!!The Messiah Cometh!!!

This has to be the funniest video I've seen in a long time. I mean check out those quotes.

Hey if you are irreligious you gotta have something to believe in. Why not a silver tongued neophyte senator from Illinois.

The Oceans That Didn't Warm

Some 3,000 scientific robots that are plying the ocean have sent home a puzzling message. These diving instruments suggest that the oceans have not warmed up at all over the past four or five years . . . 80 percent to 90 percent of global warming involves heating up ocean waters. They hold much more heat than the atmosphere can. So Willis has been studying the ocean with a fleet of robotic instruments called the Argo system. The buoys can dive 3,000 feet down and measure ocean temperature. Since the system was fully deployed in 2003, it has recorded no warming of the global oceans.
That's good news right? Unless you've invested yourself in the panic.

So I know this doesn't mean global warming can't be real or that we don't have a significant role to play in climate change, but can't this at least mean global warming skeptics aren't akin to holocaust deniers?

Baby Pictures

This is just a quick post to let some people see a few photos of the new little girl named Adelaide. This post is sure to be edited heavily in the future.

My first time holding the baby.

If only she was this serene at 3am.

Look at all of that hair.

This is our baby getting ready for interstellar transport. No actually its just her jaundice treatment. She hated that thing.

This is just adorable. Her cousin was very eager to hold her.

Hope this tides some of you over for a bit.

Terrible and Hilarious

To inaugurated my new blog I will post this awkward, sad, tragic, amusing, disgusting, and yes terribly hilarious news story. You could not believe it was true if I told you:
Authorities are considering charges in the bizarre case of a woman who sat on her boyfriend's toilet for two years—so long that her body was stuck to the seat by the time the boyfriend finally called police.
I wish someone would video tape an answer to this question: "What made you think it was okay to leave her on the toilet for two years?" I will say no more at this time. My baby should be arriving in four days.

Video on the matter.
