Blogger Sells Out

So I've sold out. As you'll might have noticed I have a little adsense bit on my blog. Not that it'll do anything, but who knows. I'm not ashamed I have a child to feed.

So if you need bathroom supplies or a get rich quick scheme give it a click :)

In other news: My baby is awsome. She now drags herself around the room, and pivots in circles to get to things she wants.

For instance, I didn't put her next to that box of nail supplies.

Note: she ingested nothing.

And, I never put my baby under a basket.

Oh and she screams a lot now (p.s. I have no idea where those pants came from).

She's the best.

Some Sad News For LHS year of 1998.

Paul Bogart died about 2 weeks ago.

Quite sad.

Don't know how many of you remember him. April probably does. His funeral was nice. It was amusing to see all of his post high school clubbing goth friends and the rest of us in our Sunday best. While fearsomely large and tall he was the biggest softy in the world.

Laugh Out Loud

This is a very funny ribbing of Obama's statements on Wall Streets current nightmare:

Wit in abundance.

Why we shouldn't care who the world would elect ....

Dan inspired me to post this:

This should do it:

Seven years after the Sept. 11 attacks, there is no consensus outside the United States that Islamist militants from al Qaeda were responsible, according to an international poll published Wednesday.

.....

On average, 46 percent of those surveyed said al Qaeda was responsible, 15 percent said the U.S. government, 7 percent said Israel and 7 percent said some other perpetrator. One in four people said they did not know who was behind the attacks.

Okay maybe those are just crazy Egyptians being polled ummm no:

In Europe, al Qaeda was cited by 56 percent of Britons and Italians, 63 percent of French and 64 percent of Germans. The U.S. government was to blame, according to 23 percent of Germans and 15 percent of Italians.

Death to iTunes!

iTunes is tyrannical proprietary piece of garbage and not to mention a bloated application -- die die die. That I have to burn and rip any song just to get a simple mp3 is ridiculous Let it End! Put a stake into the heart of that shambling monstrosity iTunes.

Last night my wife was kind enough to introduce me to the blessed wonder of Amazon mp3 dowloads. Look an mp3 that's all I wanted not some stupid mp4.

By the way, did you notice mp4s are a lot like a movies. Mp4 the sequel to Mp3 it must be bigger better cooler! But then like most sequels it totally isn't. Its just bigger bloated and corporate tasting.

Let iTunes die by a simple mp3 from Amazon!

For a more thorough and better written review of amazon vs iTunes check out this article by Orson Scott Card of Ender's Game fame. Skip down the article till you get to the part about iTunes and Amazon. Or Ctrl F iTunes <--- a little web browsing tip there.
